Route Board
A complete guide to routes and refunds
Rather than stacking node names into a list, this guide explains what each capability solves, what to look for when choosing, and how to adjust when connection conditions change.
Cross-border connection quality usually depends on the access network, international links, destination region, and time of day. Node counts alone reveal little about actual performance, so WVVPN presents route types, regional use cases, and client access separately. Most users can start by choosing a destination region, while advanced users can compare IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes, and direct routes on their current network.
The service is differentiated by clear, practical rules: monthly subscriptions reset traffic on the activation date, while data packages last until used and never expire; devices do not add extra limits; registration requires no email address; and a clear 14-day no-questions-asked refund is available when first choosing the service. The Route Board below explains each point.
01
Peak-hour route scheduling
IEPL
Slowdowns during evening peaks are often caused not by client settings but by congested access networks, detours on international links, or an unsuitable destination region. WVVPN offers IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes, and direct routes, allowing users to switch according to their current network and target service instead of relying on one path for every situation. Route names combine region and type, making it clear which link is in use and allowing a quick switch to another entry in the same region when the connection fluctuates.
02
Privacy and no-logs policy
NO LOG
Cross-border access services must handle connection setup and traffic forwarding, so privacy rules should be explicit rather than reduced to a vague label. WVVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record users’ browsing content. Account information is processed to maintain subscriptions, calculate traffic, and support necessary service status. Registration requires only a username and password, with no email address required. Users should still protect their credentials and manage account security according to the rules of the services they access.
03
Unlimited devices
DEVICES
Computers, tablets, and mobile devices often need to switch between different environments. WVVPN does not impose extra limits based on device count, and one account can be used with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. In practice, keep client configurations for frequently used platforms and choose suitable regions for work, streaming, and development. Unlimited devices addresses device coverage; plan traffic is still calculated according to the selected monthly subscription or data package, so the account dashboard is the source of truth for usage.
04
AI Tools connectivity
AI
Tools such as Claude and Cursor depend on more than whether a webpage opens. Regional detection, session persistence, streaming output, and proxy settings in the development environment can also affect access. WVVPN organizes routes by region, making it easier to use a consistent exit environment for browsers, desktop clients, command-line tools, and IDE plugins. If sign-ins repeat, output stops, or a plugin connection is unstable, keep the region consistent first, then check whether the application is correctly reading the system proxy. Avoid sending the web interface and development tools through different paths.
05
Choosing a streaming region
MEDIA
Streaming services such as HBO determine available content using the exit region, account region, and licensing rights. WVVPN lists commonly used regional routes separately, reducing the time spent testing a long list of names. Before connecting, confirm the region associated with the content and choose the matching route. If the app retains an old regional cache, disconnect, then close and reopen it. Availability still depends on the platform’s licensing and account settings, so the priority is regional consistency and a continuous connection rather than frequent switching between regions.
06
Refunds and data rules
14D
Before subscribing, you should be able to understand the pricing, data allowance, and cancellation arrangements. WVVPN offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Data packages last until used and never expire. The two options suit different routines: monthly capacity works for regular use, while a data package suits an irregular schedule. The rules are listed on the Plans page for item-by-item review instead of relying on vague discount claims.
