Terms of Service

These terms apply to the international network access and international route subscription services provided by WVVPN. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, the user confirms that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If the user disagrees with any part of them, they should stop using the relevant services. In these terms, the account holder means the user who registers with a username and password and manages the subscription.

Service Coverage and Subscription Scope

WVVPN provides network access for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with routes covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes. Specific routes may change based on network maintenance, resource allocation, and connection conditions. Regions and routes shown on the page do not guarantee that any particular access point will remain continuously available.

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain valid until used and never expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. The actual subscription details are based on the information shown when the user confirms payment.

Account and Usage Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other actions performed through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and stop using the account on untrusted devices.

A single account supports an unlimited number of devices, but may only be used by the account holder and devices they manage. Unlimited devices does not permit public sharing, rental, resale, splitting data for profit, or redistributing subscription credentials as part of another commercial service. The account holder is responsible for data usage, credential invalidation, or account risks caused by public sharing.

Compliant Use and Service Availability

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the service access region. They must not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe on the legitimate rights of others, to disrupt network infrastructure, or to distribute content that may not legally be handled. WVVPN may restrict relevant connections and review account status when it reasonably determines that there is misuse, abnormal resource consumption, or a clear impact on other users' connections.

International route performance may be affected by the user's local network, carrier routing, target service policies, device settings, and maintenance arrangements. WVVPN will continue route scheduling and necessary maintenance, but does not guarantee that any route will perform consistently across all regions, devices, and times. To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party networks, changes to target services, events beyond reasonable control, or user configuration errors.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 14 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the application entry provided on the service page, together with enough information to identify the relevant order. Refunds will be checked and processed against the original order and actual payment record; users are not required to explain why they continue or stop using the service.

Users may stop using their accounts. WVVPN may suspend or terminate the relevant account and subscription in cases involving the resale or public sharing of subscriptions, unlawful activity, malicious disruption of route operations, avoidance of normal billing, or serious violation of these terms. Before or after taking action, the service may retain necessary order details, account status information, and security records to resolve disputes and fulfill applicable compliance obligations.

Changes to and Application of These Terms

WVVPN may update these terms in response to changes in service coverage, product rules, legal requirements, or operating methods. Updates will be published on this page, with the last updated date shown on the page serving as the reference. Adjustments that materially affect user rights will be communicated through an appropriate notice on the service pages. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised content.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect. Specific page descriptions concerning subscriptions, payments, data, or refunds form part of the service agreement together with these terms. If there is a discrepancy, the order information confirmed at payment and legally applicable rules will prevail.
