BEFORE DEPARTURE

Before You Begin

For your first setup, you only need a memorable username and password, plus a payment method. WVVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. No email address is required, so your account credentials are the main way to access the user panel, retrieve subscriptions and manage orders. Save your username and password securely before you begin so you do not need to verify your account details halfway through setup.

This page covers only the main path to getting connected. It does not go into protocol selection, route management, developer-tool proxies or advanced troubleshooting. Once you are connected, read “The Complete Guide to Accessing AI Tools” to learn more about IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes, persistent AI tool connections and application-specific network requirements. Get the basic connection working first; advanced settings are easier to troubleshoot afterward.

ACCOUNT

Create an Account

After opening the WVVPN sign-up page, you will see fields for a username and password. Enter a username that is easy to identify and re-enter accurately later, then set a password and submit the form. No email address is required here. After the page confirms that registration succeeded, you will usually be taken directly to the user panel. If you return to the login screen, use the username and password you just created.

After entering the panel, first confirm that it shows sections such as the account overview, plans, client downloads and support tickets. Your account now exists, but there is no active subscription yet, so the client will not show any routes. Do not search for public subscription links or add links from other sources to the WVVPN client. Next, create an order from the plans section in the panel. Once the order is active, the corresponding subscription entry will appear in the account overview.

If nothing happens after submitting the sign-up form, check for format messages near the username and password fields, then make sure the browser has not blocked the page redirect. Do not create multiple accounts to troubleshoot. Orders, subscriptions and later support tickets are tied to the current account. Once the credentials are confirmed, continue with the same account through purchase and import for a clearer setup path.

PLAN

Choose a Plan and Place Your Order

After signing in to the user panel, open the plans section. WVVPN monthly subscriptions reset their data allowance each month on the activation date: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. If you use the service regularly and want a new allowance each month, choose the tier that matches your typical usage. Every tier supports unlimited devices, so you do not need separate accounts for computers, tablets and mobile devices.

If you use the service less often or prefer to consume data at your own pace, consider the permanent, non-expiring data packages: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are measured differently. Choose based on whether you prefer a monthly reset or data that remains available until used. Do not compare plans by total data alone; first consider whether the validity model fits your usage cycle.

After selecting a plan, the panel opens the order confirmation page. Check the plan name, data allowance and amount, then choose an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT and complete payment. Return to the panel after payment to check the order status. Once the order shows as active, the subscription details in the account overview will also become available. If you upgrade a monthly subscription midway through its term, the price difference is converted into remaining days, so rely on the final active details shown in the panel.

You do not need to create multiple orders for your first setup. Activate one plan, import it into the client and verify the connection first, then decide whether to adjust it based on actual usage. WVVPN offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. If you have questions about the order status or plan selection, submit a support ticket from the user panel with the order details.

SUBSCRIPTION

Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview

Once the order is active, return to the account overview. It brings together your subscription status, remaining data and client entry points. In the subscription or import section, use the panel’s “Import Client” option whenever possible. If your platform requires manual setup, use the copy-subscription function instead. Subscription data is linked to your account service, so keep it only on your own devices and in trusted clients.

After copying, do not open the subscription content directly in the browser address bar, and do not edit its characters manually. The client will read the subscription and generate the route list. If this guide needs to show a link format, it uses an obvious placeholder such as https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. Obtain the real subscription only from the logged-in user panel; this page does not publish a public link.

If the subscription still does not appear in the account overview, return to the orders section and confirm that the order is active. A completed payment page does not always mean that panel status synchronization has finished; reopening the account overview will usually show the update. If nothing changes, submit a ticket from the same account. Do not purchase the same plan again or publish order screenshots or subscription content on a public page.

Once the subscription entry is available, choose the client for your current device. Windows, macOS, Android and iOS use different layouts, but the core actions are the same: open the import entry, add the subscription and wait for the routes to load. Start with the device you use most often, verify that it works, and then configure your other devices.

IMPORT

Import the Client on Each Platform

Get the client from the logged-in user panel. The panel provides the appropriate WVVPN client entry point and subscription import method for each platform, so there is no need to look for an installer on this page. After installation, keep the user panel signed in so you can confirm between the client and panel that the subscription belongs to the current account.

WIN

Windows

On Windows, get the WVVPN client from the client download section in the user panel. After installing and opening it, go to the “Subscription” or “Configuration” page and choose Import from Link. If the panel offers a one-click import button, trigger the import from the panel first. Otherwise, paste the subscription content you copied earlier and confirm.

After a successful import, the client will show a route list or configuration name. Run an update once and wait for the list to load completely, then return to the main screen and choose a route. If the system asks for network permission, follow the prompt and allow the client to establish the connection. Otherwise, the button may work while the network path remains unchanged.

MAC

macOS

On macOS, open the client entry provided in the user panel and follow the panel instructions to obtain and install it. On first launch, the system may ask you to approve a network extension or VPN configuration permission; this is a normal step required to create the system connection. After granting permission, open the client’s subscription management area, choose Add Subscription, and paste the content retrieved from the account overview.

Save it and wait for the route list to appear, then return to the client’s main page, choose a route and start the connection. If the client shows the subscription name but no routes, use Update Subscription before adding the same content again. Repeated imports can leave several similar configurations, making it difficult to tell which one is active.

AND

Android

On Android, open the client download page for your platform from the user panel. After installing and launching the client, find the add option under configuration or subscriptions and choose import from the clipboard or a link. Confirm the import, and the client will read the subscription and display the routes. The first time you connect, the system will ask for permission to establish a VPN connection. Allow it so app traffic can use the selected route.

After importing, do not enable other network proxy tools at the same time. Return to the main screen, choose a route suited to your current use and start the connection. If the status does not update after switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, disconnect first and reconnect once so the client can establish a session on the new local network.

IOS

iOS

On an iPhone or iPad, sign in to the user panel, check the iOS acquisition method in the client download section, and open the corresponding client. Look for Add Subscription, Import from URL or an import-by-scan option; the exact label depends on the current version. Add the subscription using the method provided by the panel, save it and wait for the route list to sync.

The first time you connect, iOS will ask to add a VPN configuration and confirm it with the system. After approval, return to the client, choose a route and start the connection. A VPN indicator in the status area only confirms that the system tunnel is established. To check whether the connection meets your needs, open the target service using the method in the next section.

05

VERIFY

Connect and Verify the Connection

After importing, choose a route from the client list that matches the target service’s region, then start the connection. First check the client’s own status: the button should change from disconnected to connected, and the route name should match your selection. If the status remains connecting, do not click the switch repeatedly. Wait for the current attempt to finish before trying another route.

Once the client shows connected, open the target website in a browser. Confirm that the homepage loads, the login flow continues, and a page you actually need opens successfully. For streaming, open a specific content page to check whether the regional catalog matches expectations. For AI tools, also check login, conversation loading and continuous streaming output. Seeing the homepage alone does not prove that the route supports every function.

During verification, change only one condition at a time. If a website does not work, leave the client and subscription unchanged and switch to another route in the same region. If that makes no difference, fully close and reopen the target app. This helps distinguish a route-selection issue from an application cache or local-network issue. Changing the client, subscription and route all at once makes the cause harder to identify.

After confirming that the connection works, repeat the “retrieve subscription—import—connect” process on your other devices. WVVPN does not limit the number of devices, but each device should use a valid subscription provided by the same account panel. When finished on a public or temporary device, remove the local configuration so subscription information is not left in an unmanaged environment.

06

QUICK CHECK

Quick Troubleshooting for Your First Connection

If no routes appear in the client, return to subscription management and run an update. Confirm that the imported content matches the current account overview, and copy the subscription again if the list remains empty. Do not manually delete or edit link parameters, and do not recopy the link from chat history or a reformatted document. Line breaks and extra characters may prevent the client from recognizing it.

If routes appear but will not connect, try another route and restart the client. Then check whether the system has allowed the VPN configuration or network extension. Windows and macOS require the corresponding network permissions, while Android and iOS show a system confirmation on the first connection. Without that permission, the subscription may import correctly but the connection will not actually be established.

If you are connected but a particular website still will not open, close the site’s old page and test again after reopening it. Some apps retain an earlier network session or regional result, so switching routes alone may not refresh it immediately. When using AI tools, streaming services or development environments, choose a route that matches the service’s regional requirements rather than judging only by distance.

If these checks do not resolve the issue, open the support-ticket section in the user panel and describe the platform, the client’s current status, the route type selected, and whether the problem occurs during import, connection or target-site loading. The closer the description follows the actual steps, the more directly the issue can be located. For deeper troubleshooting involving protocols, persistent connections, system proxies and developer tools, continue with the WVVPN in-depth guide.

READY

Completed Setup Status

An active plan is shown in the account, the account overview displays a subscription, the client loads routes, and the target service opens normally after connection. Once all four conditions are met, the first-time setup is complete.
